Research on efficiency evaluation methods for warehousing operation and management

Aiming at the problem of evaluating efficiency of warehousing operation and management, the article first analyzes factors that affect warehousing efficiency and constructs an index system of efficiency evaluation in AHP method. Then, the article puts forward a method to determine weight of evaluation index hierarchically and constructs an efficiency evaluation model of warehousing operation and management. Methods such as expert assessment method, ADC method and fuzzy assessment study are used to evaluate efficiency of different layers in accordance with the characteristics of each index system. Combined with example analysis, the article verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation methods.
