Innovate scientific research management mechanism and enhance universities´ core competitiveness

Scientific research ability is the most important indicator to measure the comprehensive power of a university and the scientific research competitiveness of a university represents, to a large extent, its core competitiveness, and scientific research is therefore the important support to achieve connotative development for universities. And it is the primary task for scientific research in colleges and universities to improve scientific research management ability and as well promote sustained, sound, and rapid scientific research development. This paper elaborates the specific measures to improve scientific research in colleges and universities.
