Abstract
In this paper, we noticed an interesting phenomenon under a stochastic model of TCP Reno. It was found that in Reno the expectation of the time-average window size equals the average local maximum window size. We analyzed that phenomena and give both theoretical explanations and simulation results to support our finding.
