Abstract :
The talent training mode of school-enterprise integration appears under the situation of cooperation between higher vocational collage and enterprise. This thesis mainly elaborates the establishment of the talent training mode of school-enterprise from its formation precondition, basis, connotation feature and theoretical value etc.
