Abstract :
This paper studies internal learning and technological innovation under the influence of social capital and internal coordination in private-owned industrial enterprises in Yangtze Delta. According to the present situation of internal learning and technological innovation and two comparative cases restricted by different social capital in private-owned industrial enterprises in Zhejiang Province, this paper shows that social capital can compensate for the positive externality in internal coordination and promote the efficiency of internal learning and technological innovation.
