Abstract :
Computer computation and visualization can be powerful tools for teaching undergraduate electromagnetics. Towards this end, the electronic book: Visual electromagnetics for Mathcad(R) (Visual EM(R)) has been written to capitalize on the extraordinary performance of current mathematics software and personal computers. Here we discuss the motivation for developing such an electronic book and give an overview of its content, layout and capabilities.
