Abstract :
FactSage6.1 thermodynamic simulation software used to simulate a close system(SO2:0.4v%, CO2:16v%, N2:75v%, O,: 5v%, Ca/S = 1:1)in all matter well mixing at 873-1073 K and latm pressure. Studied the simultaneous CO2/SO2 capture characteristics of CaO-based sorbent in different temperature, different CO2, SO2 partial pressure and different oxygen content. The result shows: In absence oxygen system CaO-based sorbent capture CO2/SO2 was relate to temperature and partial pressure; CaO-CO2 reaction was increased with temperature. The highest CaCO3 content was 0.18mol at 1029 K. Moreover, PSO2 could change the system compose situation more easy than PCO2 In present oxygen system CaO-SO2 reaction product CaSO4 was the most stable matter so increase PCO2 having little affect to CaO-SO2 reaction. When oxygen putted in system step by step, CaSO2 would have react with oxygen firstly, then direct sulfation was beginning.
