Abstract
The scheduling risk management of construction project based on critical chain discussed in this paper. Use the ideal completion time to estimate the last-time of each job and the project´s critical chain was built on account of the single-resource constraints. After the risk analysis for each job, the feeding buffer and project buffer was established. The buffer area was treated as resort of risk control and management.
