Abstract :
Because of uncertainty of engineering project progress, contract incentive of project client and construction duration of contractor are determined under uncertain environment. The fuzzy optimization model for contract incentive and duration under fuzzy environment is presented. The problem of fuzzy exponent is resolved by using fuzzy distance. Then we develop the double-loop fuzzy genetic algorithms to solve the fuzzy optimization model. Finally, a case is computed to verify the validness of model and the feasibility of solution method.
