Abstract :
For human survival and sustainable development, it is urgent to improve the environment, maintain ecological balance. In order to obtain more rich and timely data, satisfy environmental monitoring and management of pollution treatment needs, we put forward the environmental monitoring and management mode based on " Cloud Computing " in networked today, which realizing the spatial data sharing and shared services, 3S technology integration, and rapid updating data and distributed data processing.
