  • Abstract
Traffic system is a dynamic complicated one which is constituted of some factors. Traffic accident will happen if these factors mismatch with each other. Safety level of traffic accident scene affects occurrence rate of secondary accident. In order to evaluate safety level of traffic accident scene, prevent from secondary accident happening and protect the policemen, crowds by the scene and party of accidents, studying safety management of traffic accident scene is essential. It was shown that four factors influenced safety management of traffic accident scene, which were human factor, vehicle factor, road and environment factor and management factor. And it put forwards the graph of system causality and flowchart of safety according to the theory of system dynamics. According to the statistical data, expert scoring, and dynamic simulation via Vensim_PLE, the safety level of traffic accident scene was forecasted. In despite of the same investment in every factor, but influences to safety level of traffic accident scene were different. Human factor was the most prominent, vehicle factor was the least. Results provides the scientific reference to the traffic managers and transactors in accident scene.
