Abstract
Virtual enterprise is a form that emerges and develops vigorously in the Internet economy era, with characteristics of prominent core competence, flexible management mode, high flexibility and agility etc. Identifying the core competence of virtual enterprise is a key step for its successful operation, as its core competence spans many organizations, it requires regular evaluation on its leading enterprise and other enterprise members, aiming to evaluate operation level of the virtual enterprise accurately and confirm its competence, and conduct management with pertinence. The author, by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach which combines fuzzy math combination theory and analytic hierarchy process, makes a quantitative analysis on the core competence of virtual enterprise, establishing a relatively comprehensive and complete index system, with full consideration of the scientism, rationality and expansibility of the index. With the evaluation of the index of each item, the author evaluates the core competence of virtual enterprise by using two-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. By giving an evaluation example, the validity of this method is proved.
