Abstract :
Supplier selection is a complicated and important work because of the fierceness of the contemporary market competition, supplier of the same kind of products is in large quantities, enterprises can not investigate each enterprise on the spot. Generally speaking, the supplier selectionpsila st.andard is mainly in quality, the price, deliver goods, service four respects etc., in addition should include the supplier´s product development and operation, the supplier´s external environment condition and other respects. The paper propose supplier selection´ index and a lot of present methods at first, put forward improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, this model calculates simpler, apt to calculate the supplier´s rough rank, on this basis, through setting up multiple objective programming model, can obtain the supplier´s purchasing tactics under the guidance of different strategy.
