Abstract :
This paper describes a new detection system based on image data system in printing quality inspection. The normal detection method with normal industrial camera exist defect on detection accuracy and area. The proposed detection method employs linear array CCD to solve these problems. The method uses stepper motor drive CCD to collect image data in workflow. The detection system is composed of CCD, light source, image acquisition card and stepper motor in design scheme. This paper investigates control theory of linear array CCD and stepper motor and attains a series of formulas. The new detection system with image data system provides higher accurate detection results and bigger detection area than other detection systems in practice inspection.
