Abstract :
The implementation of time delay compensation approach is proposed to increase the stability of the networked cascade control system(NCCS). Firstly, the network delay is dealt with by new Smith predictor method for a single-loop networked control systems(NCS), and the similar method is used again for the NCCS. This method about time delay compensation offers some merits, for example, it is suitable for large and time-variant network time delay, as well as the system has strong robustness. Based on true time 1.5, the simulation results reveal that the effectiveness of the presented method.
