This paper expounds the urban environment water ecosystem formed and biological catabolic mechanism, analyzes the representing function of phospholipid fatty acid technology to microbial community structure and environmental pressure, and points out the ecological significance of phospholipid fatty acid technology applied on urban water ecological restoration.
