Abstract :
Based on the new communication network of transformer substation and IEC61850 system protocol, develop a new intelligent electronic device (IED) which can be applied to the process level of transformer substation and realize the digital renovation of the traditional primary device. The design process adopts the method of ARM+DSP dual-CPU structure, which makes the intelligent terminal have an efficient and rapid processing capacity so as to satisfy the requirement of practical application. Both the software and hardware of intelligent terminal adopt modular design, which is convenient for the expansion of intelligent terminal in order to adapt to the development of intelligent transformer substation.
