Abstract :
E-Government has aggressively promoted the provision of government. However, current e-Governments can not enable these service channels to workflow integration process very well. This paper is devoted to presenting a systematic workflow integration method for e-Government public service channels integration. There are three main public service channels, including phone service channel, network service channel and field service channel. The multi-service channels for e-Government content of web service-based platform and application model is present, before web service platform-based on e-Government system architecture is then proposed. The framework of e-Government service channels supporting e-Government service is then shown. The framework has four layers: data layer, service layer, function layer, and interface layer. The e-Government workflow process is then discussed in detail. After the public service channels of e-Government workflow process analysis based on web service technology, the mathematical definition of the workflow and specific construction method is proposed to achieve e-Government dynamic workflow process. Then the model application and simulation can be analyzed and certificated based on Petri net. Therefore, the idea to use e-Government to guide the collaborative workflow management, with advanced workflow technology to support collaborative environment, to better achieve the standard and efficient information technology requirements. The service channels workflow process of e-Government for declaring Hukou is given as an example, which demonstrates that this method is obviously helpful for e-Government public service channels workflow integration.
