  • Abstract
The large-scale pipeline transportation is main crude oil transport mode in China. Increases along with the active time, the steeliness pipeline surface has the corrosion phenomenon frequently, the petrochemical enterprise uses generally welds the board welding reinforcement the way processing pipeline to corrode. This way will cause pipeline´s stress situation to change. This article uses the finite element analysis method, carries on the stress analysis and the computation to pipeline reinforcement section of Yu River spanning section subordinated in some oil transfer department, discover after the reinforcement, the channel bend place stress is biggest, and the solution was given according to this. This case shows that is the necessity to introduce the finite element computation to the pipeline service, to avoid having the crude oil divulging accident.
