Abstract
Approach landing systems are very sensitive to the environmental effect of airports and it is necessary to predict system performance in the scattering environment to ensure security. A module based hybrid model to simulate the systems considering the effect of environment is proposed and discussed in detail. Practical application using the model to evaluate the airport environment is presented, and results show that the hybrid model is effective and that measures can be taken to solve the practical problem according to the results obtained from the simulation using the model.
