  • Abstract
    In order to complete various treatment and control besides the real-time data acquisition, design an integrated digital monitoring unit based on DSP + CPLD and high-precision integration of A/D, which gathered signal conditioning, data collecting, CPU controlling, algorithm processing, data storage and CAN bus communication in one. Simple introduce the overall structure of the system, use “zero magnetic flow and micro-current sensor” to gather signal, exposit the concrete realization method of high-speed AID converter and DSP interface circuit, phase-locked double frequency circuit and others communication interface circuit. Adopt good FFT to get dielectric loss´s tgδ based on DSP, at same time software implementation process is described. After testing and field using, the monitoring unit perform reliably, stable, the monitor effect is good.
