Abstract :
Averaged normalized electromagnetic fields are defined on the interfaces of homogeneous domains as weighted averages of the local fields of the domains. A global current and charge surface integral representation having the averaged fields as global unknowns is derived as a direct sum of the local surface integral representations. Stability and accuracy of overdetermined non-square current and charge integral equations are verified with numerical experiments.
