Abstract :
A numerical simulation method is developed to solve flow distribution for evaporation system in natural circulation boiler. According to flow rules of parallel system, equations on flux distribution of multi-loop were deduced to fit for calculation in real time. Test result shows that multi-loop model can reflect the deviation of construction parameters, such as height and length among waterwall loops. The dynamic response of model obeys basic rules of flow and heat transfer when heat flux change. This method can only be used in natural circulation system of power plant simulator.
