Abstract :
The paper firstly analyzes the existing problem of higher vocational IT education. Secondly a series of measures are proposed to reform the curriculum system basing on the working process. The reform program has been implemented in Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College and has demonstrated a significant effect.
