Abstract :
The value of process modeling is well established. As for computer scientists, numerous approaches to design, urbanization, enterprise architecture is based on process modeling; these methods are beginning to spread among users and attract the attention of makers. In parallel, many companies are reshaping in constantly optimize their processes to adapt to changes in their business. The process modeling enables a universal reading whatever the used software tools and methods implemented. Operational and functional managers define the various stages of the process, treatments, business rules and the actors involved and their roles. In this context several methods and standards exist, in our work we will use the Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR) to model the Moroccan electric supply chain, providing a mapping of the “as-is” of these process, and we will also propose a target model for our chain.
