  • Abstract
    Ultra short silicon nanowires (SiNWs) were applied on Si/Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxy-thiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) solar cells by solution process. The short circuit current density (Jsc) is 23.72 mA/cm2, and power conversion efficiency (PCE) is 7.38%.
