Abstract :
The design of a compact ultra-wideband printed antenna is presented. By using two partly circulars patch with resonating elements, a bandwidth of more than 185%. The proposed radiator is quasi omni-directional with appreciable gain throughout the band. The performance is demonstrated through measurements and calculations with a commercially available field.
