Abstract
The sports´ deficit of community has become a concern of social problems. To encourage people to have adequate exercise, an exercise called physical fitness 333 sport, which is weekly sporting “3” times, each time lasting “30” minutes, and each time getting to heart rate per minute “130”, is promoted. To help older people to establish exercise habits to reach the goal of the 333 sport mode, an embedded system is developed for health care and management. At the same time, it can provide care staff to monitor the exercise of old people by using this information platform.
