Abstract :
A servo loading system with hydraulic cylinder is used to obtain a certain force for studying the structure characteristics of the samples. Application of the integral separated PID controlling method in this servo loading system has been detailed introduced after the system had been presented. A series of experiments have been performed for different samples (plastic rod and steel rod). The control algorithm of integral separated PID controller has been proposed. Performance evaluation of the loading system has been conducted and the actual deformation of plastic rod has been obtained by compensation. The experiment results show that the integral separated PID controlling method can meet the general requirements.
