  • Abstract
The paper presents an application which is used for sending SMS without the need of opening browser. It uses 160by2 for sending messages to any mobile network in India, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi, Singapore, Philippines & Malaysia. Most of the messages get delivered within five seconds. The service does not send SMS to those mobile numbers who have activated "Do not disturb" service popular for Indian mobile numbers. The user must be registered on 160by2 so as to use this SMS service. The message service sends SMS to any mobile network in India, Kuwait and Singapore. This application can run on desktop and on handhelds. The desktop version needs .NET framework to execute.
