  • Abstract
    During the production of parts, the traditional measuring means of part contour dimension can not meet the great efficiency and the high accuracy of the corporation. Aiming at the problem, a measuring system of shaft type part contour dimension based on CCD-laser sensor and servomotor has been designed. This article describes the basic principle of the system, its control system and software design. The practical arithmetic of the dimensional parameters is given. The advantages of this measuring system are free scanning, high accuracy, contactless and good stability. It has the reference value to the similar items.
