Abstract :
Voltage-source-inverter fed PMSM has received widespread interest in high precision industrial drive applications. Insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) based pulse width modulation (PWM) inverter are commonly used in inductive load circuits such as motor control. Complete drive system is implemented in real time using the digital signal processor of TMS320C40. Current control of PWM voltage source inverters can be broadly classified as hysteresis and constant switching frequency PWM control (with sine triangle).
