  • Abstract
Nowadays global warming has becoming a major human threat to the survival and development: resource depletion, environmental pollution, ecological imbalance and so on. The ecological environmental problem in China is not only impeding the economic development but also give serious harm to people´s health. The main purpose of this paper is to find out a suitable solution to energy-saving and emission-reducing in order to rebuild the ecological balance and to restrain the climate-related hazards. In this paper, urban ecological planning has been used as a medium and lowcarbon economy has been used as a concept. Based on the ecological niche theory, try to excavate the potential ecological niche, increasing carbon sinks. By using science and technology innovation, reducing energy and resource consumption, in order to minimize the emission of greenhouse gases and pollutants. Create a low-carbon economy and achieve sustainable social development, not only stems the climate-related hazards, but also being the significant process after agricultural civilization and industrial civilization in human society.
