Abstract :
A simulation study of a single neuron control scheme for use in a thermal process is carried out. The results of the study show that the neuron control still has strong robustness when greatly changing the main time constant and sampling period. The parameter regulation of the neuron controller is simpler and easier than that of a PI controller
