EAMS2: Analog and mixed-technology system design

A big challenge in the design of heterogeneous systems is to model behaviour of new devices or circuits and to bring it to system level. This session is dedicated to this challenge. The first paper is focused to the modelling and verification of photonic heterogeneous systems. The second paper deals with modelling interconnect in large NoCs in an accurate and yet efficient way. The third paper proposed a new method for range based modelling and simulation. The session is closed by a paper that describes a method for synthesis of MEMS accelerometers with associated electronic control.
