Abstract
Video conferencing systems (VCS) have become practical in commercial and research institutions because of the advances of technologies in networking and multimedia applications. A video conferencing session involves multiple parties, possibly geographically inter-spersed, which exchange real-time video data. Samvadak - is an IP based communication system that is aimed to provide a communication hub through which peer to peer as well as multiparty text, audio and video communication can be facilitated. It is aimed to provide the framework that can publish real time as well as stored text, audio and video.
