  • Abstract
In this paper we propose two types of Hartmann wavefront sensors for registration of CO2 laser radiation. One type is based on uncooled bolometric camera and another is based on thermoelectric quadrant sensors. The results of sensors testing are represented in the paper. Their main specification, including accuracy and dynamic range are given also. For example, for a wide aperture beam, 150 mm, the dynamic range of measured wavefront aberrations for thermoelectric quadrant sensor was about 375 microns (tilts). These sensors could be built-in into the adaptive optics systems to correct for infrared radiation.
