So that it could reach the standard of agricultural use (GB 4284-84) in B process. A demonstrate scale experiment was used for researching how to effectively removed heavy metal during adsorption process and optimized operational parameter in adsorption and biodegradation (AB) process. The results showed that the removal rate of Cu2+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Ni2+ can reach 90.3%, 91.1%, 86.2%, 89.5% respectively, Cu2+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Ni2+ concentrations in excess sludge from A part is 600mg/kg, 1100mg/kg, 4000mg/kg, 300mg/kg respectively. Most of the heavy metals were removed from sewage and reducing sludge by A part of AB process. In the B process, the concentration of Cu2+, Pb2+, Zn2+, Ni2+ in the residual sludge can reach the standards of agricultural use (GB 4284-84). Most of heavy mental ions in wastewater were translated into the sludge via bio-adsorption process, and manly heavy mental ions were de-adsorption into the superior liquid in the excess sludge treatment process. Therefore, it is feasible to satisfy the standards of agriculture control by controlling the parameters of A-B process. And it could become an effective way of disposing and utilizing sludge through the treated sludge utilization.
