Abstract :
Testing of Frequency Synthesizers is an important part of RF data link production quality and efficiency. Unmanned vehicles, airplanes, satellites, and individual communication depend upon modern day frequency synthesizers. Automated testing requires recognition of failure conditions and corrective step reporting.
