Abstract
Spectral and energy characteristics of two red laser dyes and its mixtures in some solvents have been studied for the purpose to extend its tuning range throughout the red spectral region. The selected couple of the dyes have the absorption spectra in the close spectral regions near wavelength of pumping, but its fluorescence spectra have essentially different Stokes shift. Influence of the dye concentration and solvents effect on the output energy lasing in non-selective cavity and tuning range of the mixture in the cavity with diffraction grating have been studded and analyzed.
