Abstract
This paper expounds how to constructing gray-time series combined model which is the unequal time-interval firstly, then forecasts subsidence of a building in future by using this model. Compared with the model of GM(1,1), the precision of the forecast by using combined model is improved to a certain extent. This proves that to forecasts subsidence of a building in future by using the model is available.
