  • Abstract
The possibility of having the sensor and the amplifier circuit on the same chip has lead to the achievement of transducers with high conversion efficiency as well as an increase in their range of practical work. In this paperwork, based on the model of dual Hall devices, it is analysed the structure, the operating conditions and are established the response and the supply current related sensitivity for double drain magnetotransistor structure realised in the MOS circuits technology. There is also presented the original electrical diagram of the transducer which contain such sensors, proposing possible applications in naval installations for measuring the torque of the naval engine shaft.
