Abstract
A kind of self-biased coplanar circulator structures is proposed. Design and simulation were performed by high frequency electromagnetic field simulation software based on finite element methods. An isolation of 24 dB and insertion loss of 1.57 dB have been reached by properly optimizing the structure. Our results show that it is possible to produce thin film circulators with magnetic thin films.
