    In order to determine the impact factors of soundscape in Sun-Island scenic area and to improve current soundscape status, a series of investigations, field measurement and statistical analysis were carried out. Comprehensive studies of the present situation of soundscape and spatial distribution were applied to provide data reference for the future planning and development of the soundscape in this area. It has been shown that: 1, soundscape areas had definite zones in the Sun-Island scenic area, which is divided into the quiet area, the noisy resort and the noisy resting area depending on the difference of the average sound level A ; 2, the tourists´ composition differs in different days: tourists are 50.2 % proportion to the old man in weekdays while only 10.9% in holidays; 3, there was a significant negative correlation between the usage frequency of the scenic area and the satisfaction of the soundscape (R=-0.42); in addition, the sound pressure level A has improved by 8.2 dB in working days compared with that in holidays. Some optimize strategies should be taken to improve the present situations of the soundscape: reduce noise in major scenic node, add new sound elements, strengthen the regional characteristics of the soundscape and enhance the management of the soundscape in scenic spots.
