Abstract :
In this study, the growth conditions of gangue piles were simulated to make acid stess and salt stress on endophyte Neotyphodium typhinum and Neotyphodium starrii. The characteristics of endophyte growth curve under acid stess and salt stress were determined by turbidimetric analysis. The Acid stress experiment showed that N. typhinum could get normal growth under the conditions of pH value 3.5 to 8.1, N. typhinum could adapted better under salt growth environment than the ones infected N. starrii. Salt stress experiment showed that N. starrii could grow under the conditions of the salt concentration of 0.1% to 2.8%, but N. typhinum could not grow in all salt treatments, N. starrii could adapted better under salt growth environment than the ones infected N. typhinum.
