Abstract :
This article proposes a model based on the techniques developed in programming by constraint for resolving the problems of the simulation of switching cells in personal communication networks. The idea is based on exploiting in an active way the relations between the constraints for reducing the exploration space, on which the research strategies of the solution are applied in order to converge on the better solutions. As a result, programming by constraints is a simple but robust method suited to the resolution of the combined problems such as those in the simulation of the switching cells
