  • Abstract
The purpose of the research were 1) to analyze, to design and to development ISO 9000 multimedia training package, 2) to evaluate the efficiency of multimedia training package, 3) the learning effectiveness, and 4) learner´s satisfaction towards the multimedia training package. The research tools were 1) The development of ISO 9000 multimedia training package. 2) Achievement tests. 3) The questionnaire of learners´ satisfaction. The research sampling group was 30 persons. The research expected revealed that the efficiency of the multimedia training package was good enough. The analysis of pre-test scores for the effectiveness revealed that the efficiency after process (Epost) higher than 80 and the efficiency before the process (Epre) lower than 50 therefore. The multimedia training package quality standard could increase the learning effectiveness higher. The mean of satisfaction of the sampling group was rather a high level. If can be The multimedia training package concluded that about of ISO 9000 could be good enough to be used a self study.
