Development of information systems for computer room services management at major of computer and Information Technology, phase 1

This research aims to design and develop information systems for the computer room service management at department of computer and Information Technology. During the phase 1, researchers study room services system, design and develop the prototype of information system for managing computer room service. The result of the prototype system found that developed systems are integrated between developed computer program and microcontroller. It can be used to support computer´s room service management and the system can work under real situation. After installing the prototype and trial the prototype system showed that the system can support the tasks in computer room services at department of Computer and Information Technology very well with average 4.86 out of 5 score.
