Abstract :
The paper demonstrates our models of the influence level of EVs widely used. To solve the problem, we adopt Comprehensive Assessment System, Linear Weighting Method, Matlab software. We conclude that the result of our models benefit future development of vehicles market. After setting a variable α as the popularizing rate of electric vehicles, we get functions between several elements associated with α and α on basis of existing data. These elements can be distributed to four aspects: Environment, society, economy and health, and we establish a paired comparison matrix of the method of AHP Method to confirm and integrate the weights of each element. Then, using linear weighting, we obtain the function between α and general influence level. Finally, we make use of quantified data to display how much Evs´ popularizing rate affects the world and the variation. Using the modelthat we gived above, we can find the amount of energy savings some year when the popularizing rate is α.
