Abstract
Through previous investigation and test to the rural residential buildings in Beijing, the typical architectural types were selected. Based on the detailed data, the annual dynamic energy consumption of the house were simulated and analyzed with the DeST-h simulation software combined with the method of dynamic simulation. A series of problem of the rural residential buildings were obtained, including poor effect of the insulation of the enclosure structure, series loss of the heat led by the bad air tightness, unreasonableness of the heating mode and fuel structure. The feasibility of the energy efficiency retrofit to the rural residential buildings were analyzed and studied, which provided an evidence for large-scale development of the architectural energy-conversation retrofit to the rural residential buildings in our countries.
